Javac rotary vane high vacuum pumps
The JL range of two stage high vacuum pumps
achieve practical vacuums as low as 1 micron. the proven robust construction
makes them suitable for all laboratory applications especially rotary
evaporation and refrigerated cold traps (freeze dryers). - All the pumps in the range have anti-suckback and gas ballast. The larger models incorporate an air admittance isolation valve. This allows vacuum to be held in a system in the event of a power failure
- For very aggressive applications the 'T' (teflon coated) series is available. The 'T' series has all its internal components, including the casings coated in teflon. This helps protect the metal from chemical attack especially if oil has become seriously contaminated.

Javac oil free vacuum stations
Javac manufactures central vacuum stations to order and to the customer's specification. Typically they provide vacuum to bench mounted taps in the laboratory and are most efficient when centralised under-bench. The most commonly specified pump is the MPC 260. This 8 head, full teflon pump can serve up to 40 taps. The station features a 40 or 60 litre reservoir complete with vacuum gauge and controller for vacuum depth and differential. This provides substantial cost savings on equipment and power consumption.
