Gravity and fan forced ovens
General purpose ovens
Falc Series STF-N and STF-F ovens have sheet steel exteriors oven coated with acid-resistant epoxy paint and glass fibre insulation. The interiors and shelves are stainless steel. Temperature control is by a PID microprocessor and Pt100 sensor and the front panel houses a digital temperature regulator, timer (0 to 120 minutes or continuous) and green illuminated ON/OFF switch. All models are supplied with two shelves.
