The Dairei Cryo
Porter DP-80 portable cryogenic freezer has a controllable
temperature range through the entire range 0oC to -80oC with
the same high precision as conventional deep freezers. The
ability to quickly and accurately access the lowest
temperature
(-80oC) gives you the advantage of having cryogenic conditions right at your own desk, avoiding the inconvenience of distant freezers
Simple and easy operation
After placing the samples / objects in the freezer, just press 'ON' and CRYO PORTER brings the temperature down to your preset level and holds it. It is portable between your desk and distant freezer and is convenient for preparatory / temporary freezing (not recommended for long term preservation of irreplaceable samples.
The CRYO PORTER can be operated by DC power (12V) in vehicles and by batteries (sold separately).
Ultimate Cooling System: Stirling - Cooler
Non-fluorocarbon cooling system; Stirling - Cooler, improves the cooling effectiveness incredibly. Remarkably small in size, lightweight and able to create lower temperature compared to compressor / Peltier cooling systems. Also produces less heat, has low vibration, low noise and less energy consumption compared to conventional refrigeration systems.
