'Microm' Series Benchtop Autoclaves
40 litre
Features:
- Automatic temperature control system (not 'pressure control') to give more stable and reliable sterilisation service
- Electronic microprocessor control. All the working programmes are set up in microprocessor system. Just push the selection button and 'Microm' will do the rest automatically, from add water to sterilisation and dry cycle
- Pressure door auto-lock device (door automatically locked when pressure > 0.3 Kg / cm²
- Working temperatures range from 121°C to 134°C
- Door unlocked warning: door lamp will light and stop all the functions if the door has not been locked completely
- Sterilisation cycle completion indicator: auto-check circuit system can double check the sterilisation programmes and if all are completed the cycle completion lamp will light up
- Emergency exhaust safety switch
- Low water alarm: 'low water' indicator lamp will light up, buzzer will sound and all functions will stop if chamber water or water reservoir are low
- Pre-heating programme by dry heater, which can not only keep the chamber temperature in balance, but also offers the perfect dry and sterilisation functions

- Sterilisation programmes are fully automatic and easy to control
- Choice of pre-selected programmes with sterilisation pressure adjustable from 0.9 to 2.1 Kg./cm² (approx. 115°C to 134°c). Selectable sterilisation times of 4, 15 or 30 minutes
- Automatic control from heating up to sterilisation to turn off
- The entire sterilisation process is continuously monitored by a microprocessor indication system
- The sterilisation time starts counting when the chamber pressure (temperature) reaches the set-up point
- Security and reliability: autoclave conforms to 93/42/EEC and is CE approved
