This centrifuge is mainly aimed at food processing laboratories and designed in accordance with the Gerber method. Both the temperature and rotation speed are pre-set for safety and ease of use.Features:
- Totally accessible 18/8 stainless steel chamber enabling it to be easily cleaned and an AISI 304 stainless steel interior, with thermal insulation to maintain the equipment exterior at room temperature
- Speed limited to 1200 rpm. and RCF of 225 x g. enabling fast, safe centrifuging
- Automatic braking when the centrifuging cycle has finished
- Lid with safety lock which prevents it from being opened when rotor is turning, or from being switched on when the lid is open
- Audible and visual rotor imbalance signals with automatic cut-out
- Push button lid opening with a device to prevent it from being opened when the rotor is turning
- Manual lid opening in the event of a power failure
- Luminous diode to prevent operation when the lid is open or not properly closed
