Genlab Moisture Extraction Ovens
Features:
- The ovens are specifically designed for the rapid extraction of moisture and are fitted with special large diameter outlet vents suitable for connection to most external extraction systems
- Temperature range: 40°C to 250°C
- Temperature fluctuation: ± 0.75°C
- Exterior is sheet steel with an easy clean powder coated paint
- Interior chamber is aluminium coated mild steel with option of stainless steel
- Chamber fitted with fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves
- Fan circulation
- Heating is by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned around the fan
- Basic control system (standard on sizes up to 200 litre capacity) comprises of a direct reading thermostat and overheat thermostat both with calibrated scales and tamper-proof locks. They also include main switch with indicator and heat and overheat indicators. Timing is via a simple 120 minute mechanical run back timer
- The digital control system (standard on sizes 250 litre capacity and above and optional on sizes below 250 litre capacity) comprises a PID microprocessor digital controller with dual display of set and actual temperatures and a separate digital timer that is programmed for automatic run back when set temperature is reached (can be run without setting a time)
- All units 500 litre capacity and above have the door lock as standard
- As an option the units can be fitted with an audible alarm that signals when the process is complete and for additional safety a door lock is available (standard on 500 litre capacity and above)

All units have alumium clad interior and fan circulation as standard. Where options are required simply add the option code to the original cat. number e.g. ME/75 with stainless steel chamber and digital system is ME/75/SS/DIG
