Acid and Chemical Storage Cabinets
Constructed from 20 swg zinc coated steel with spot welded seams, these cabinets are built with an integrated lip. The doors have reinforced vertical panels and continuous hinge to prevent distortion due to heat under fire conditions. Locking is via Espabnolleete locking system. Shelves are adjustable to 25mm. pitch and perforated to allow spillage to drain into a removeable sump situated in the base of the cabinets. Finished in white polyester powder coating giving a surface which is resistant to most acids and alkalis.

Flamvault Hazardous Storage – 700mm. & 1445mm. wide
Purpose-built Hazardous Chemical Flamvaults are constructed in 2mm. single skinned, fabricated, sheet steel, with all seams welded and with a sealed base sump fitted with drain plug outlet. Above the sump is reinforced, galvanised flooring to support heavier drums.
The vault is enclosed by a full area lift-up lid mounted on heavy duty pin hinges, assisted by gas struts and secured by sideways-locking mortice lock with additional hasp and staple to accommodate padlock (padlocks not included). The lid is also supported by a retaining bar when in the upright position. Internally the vault is fitted with 2 x half width shelves and externally with 2 x circular airflow vents with flash-arresting gauze.
Each corner of the cabinet base is pre-punched with holes for wheel fixing (wheels are available as an optional extra). Supplied in fully built-up form, finished powder-coated Red (RAL3020) and supplied with appropriate warning labels.
