Plate heater in vitreous ceramic by FALC are especially suited for high corrosive products; vitreous ceramic features a very low coefficient of expansion, so the bearing surface do not buckle even if working at very high temperatures. The structure of the vitreous ceramic PV plate allows heat energy generated by infra - red rays to pass easily and to heat rapidly superimposed containers by a 20 - 30% energy saving in comparison with traditional heaters. Housing made of steel , coated with acidproof epoxy paint and provided with four non - slip feet. The resistance position allows a thorough surface heating. All items are fitted with ON/ OFF switch, green warning light and temperature control and adjustment through a biometallic step thermoregulator.

Housing in steel, oven coated with acidproof epoxy paint; heating plate in aluminium, 8 mm. thick with rapid heating up to 350 °C temperature: the position of the heating resistance allows uniform heating of the whole surface ; a solid structure renders the plate heater efficient and multipurpose; it can be used as thermostate by putting a steel tank on the plate, but as thermostatic or sand bath too. Controls are completely separeted from the heating device, so highest safety of all electronic controls is guaranteed. Temperature adjustment and setting for Jolly 1 obtained through a thermoregulator with graduated , fluid - expansion probe; Jolly 2 feautures the same characteristics , but temperature control is different, that is, the item is provided with an electronic, PB thermoregulator with built - in "J" thermocouple and red LED digital thermometer with outer PT 100 temperature probe, which allows temperature control on the plate or in the fluid.

This plate heater by FALC is made of anodized aluminium and is ideal for laboratories requiring slide drying and precision, but no high temperatures. Max. capacity: 20 slides in two rows. Produced in compliance with the latest European Safety Standards. The rectangular housing is entirely in steel, oven coated with acidproof epoxy paint; thanks to a resistance beneath the plate temperature uniformity all over the base is guaranteed. The plate heater is fitted with ON /OFF main switch and relevant green warning light for temperature control and regulation ; an electronic thermoregulator with step scale probe and orange warning light indicating the heater working are also provided; a digital thermometer on the front panel makes temperature read - out easier.
