Our Mortuary chillers and freezers are supplied for short storage (0°C working temperature) or for long storage (-20°C working temperature).  The cabinets are available pre-assembled (200 and 400 models) or can be custom built to meet a particular specification.  Each model has a temperature control system with a clear digital display for accurate temperature control and recording.

Note: MF400 is assembled on site by Lec trained service engineers.

Doors
Built with galvanised steel and fitted with a lock for security, they have anti-condensation heaters and use scentless rubber gaskets.

Control System
The system controls the following functions:
Temperature check inside the chamber
Evaporator temperature check in the defrosting phase
Control panel keyboard check

On the basis of set data, the system regulates the following:
Requested temperature adjustment
High/low temperature alarm system control with a + or - 3°C difference against the set value

Our Mortuary cabinets meet CE1 66/5 standards.

Cooling System
The cooling system is completely sealed and located in the upper part of the cabinet. It features a quiet compressor, air-cooled condenser (water cooled condenser on request), copper tube evaporator with aluminium fins and electric fans that ensure maximum temperature uniformity inside the chamber.

Internal Lighting
Waterproof fluorescent ceiling lamps are fitted with a light switch on the control panel.
