Equipped with both a hybridisation rotisserie and built-in shaker, the unit also serves well as a static incubator. Strict microprocessor control and mechanical convection provide precise control over operating parameters and excellent uniformity. Speed of the rotisserie is variable and the rotisserie axis is adjustable. A large viewing area in the door allows for viewing the contents without disrupting the temperature environment.
Standard accessories supplied with the ProBlot 12S include the rotisserie with 2 large bottles and a pack of mesh, and a flat shaking platform. The flat platform is supplied with a nonslip rubber mat to hold dishes, plates and boxes in place.
