Features

  • Roof mounted silicon carbide rod elements supply excellent temperature uniformity throughout the work chamber.
  • Door opens vertically to ensure the hot plug is away from the operator at all times.
  • Door safety switch turns off power to the elements whenever the door is opened.
  • Choice of digital controller (see seperate information).
  • Single phase power source.
  • High quality insulation incorporating a double skin case ensuring low outer surface temperatures.
  • Powder coating finish.

  • Heating via molybdenum disilicide elements vertically mounted down each  side of the chamber and providing excellent temperature uniformity throughout the work chamber.
  • Door opens vertically to ensure the hot plug is always away from the operator at all times.
  • Door safety switch turns off power to the elements whenever the door is opened.
  • Choice of digital controller (See seperate information).
  • Single phase power source.
  • High quality insulation incorporatng a double skin case ensuring low outer surface temperatures.
  • Powder coating finish.
  • Over temperature protection via a digital alarm is fitted as standard.
  • Typical uses: High Temperature Sintering, Ceramics Reserch.
